Brandon called the day before to see if I had any questions. He explained the initial costs for diagnostic. He showed me the damaged part and waited for me to discuss with my husband. The Tech was also polite and helpful showing me how the damage was done and could be avoided in the future. I am still very upset about the design flaw that led to this problem, but that is a problem for corporate, not your dealership. Your service department was polite, helpful and efficient.
