We hold a special place in our hearts for our friends at Joseph’s House for Women.
This month, Sun Chevrolet dealerships are looking to raise $5,000 and will each have large baby bottles in our entryways to collect spare change you may have laying around when you trade in your car. We will also be collecting cash donations or checks to deliver to Joseph’s House. We encourage you to stop in to one of our dealerships and learn more about the Joseph’s House mission. We appreciate every contribution, no matter the size.

Joseph’s House is a home promoting the physical, emotional, and spiritual support of mothers facing unplanned pregnancy or homelessness in Central New York. In addition to the tangible resources like food and shelter, Joseph’s House staff help the new moms grow their parenting skillset by teaching life lessons in nutrition, financial literacy, health education, and more.
It’s one thing to give someone resources, but without setting them up for success on their own, those resources leave a new mother feeling extremely vulnerable. Through their Exodus Program, Joseph’s House helps their residents utilize their new life skills to transition to a life on their own. Assistance includes transportation and occasional childcare to help moms find time to interview for jobs and obtain groceries. Joseph’s House has seen a number of success stories.
If you prefer, you can support the sanctity of life in Central New York in other ways. Joseph’s House is constantly updating their list of needs to fill their pantry and support the new moms. You can fill out a form to volunteer or join the Missionary Corp serving at Joseph’s House. In the noblest fashion, Joseph’s House continues to inspire future generations in service to mothers in need with their Junior Auxiliary program.
